Program Support Specialist Highlights
- Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Monday – Friday, Part time position 20-25 hours per week
- Benefits available after 90 days of employment
- 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service
Program Support Specialist Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to autism service programs.
- Respond to inquiries from internal departments, external agencies, and program participants.
- Coordinate the development and maintenance of information technology tools and tracking systems.
- Collect and compile data for reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Participate in provider activities, including recruitment and outreach initiatives.
- Assist with incident management and support fair hearing preparation as needed.
- Track and review program information, preparing reports for supervisors and agencies.
Program Support Specialist Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred one year of professional experience in program development or evaluation in relevant fields.
