Dishwasher
Dishwashers are very essential at Rooster Street Brewing and are responsible for washing all dishes from all sections of the business (FOH, Kitchen, Production) and putting away all items, correctly. Must complete daily to do list correctly and timely. All trash and recycling including, but not limited to, collecting, sorting, moving, taking out, and keeping containers clean. Keeping up with all bus tubs and drop pans, keeping order to the dining area drop dish area. Properly receiving, checking and putting away all deliveries. Putting away and maintaining order in store/stock areas. Cleaning and organizing of general/common areas including, but not limited to, the walk-in cooler.
