Daytime Shift Manager

This position entails many aspects of operating a frozen treat outlet, which include- Making water ice (You get to choose the flavors for the day)
- Setting up the shop for daily operations
- Opening and closing checklist and daily procedures checklist verifications
- Handling monetary transactions and cash balancing
- Providing customers with quality service and an awesome guest experience
- Making our signature treats quickly and efficiently
- Providing treat suggestions and upselling
- Assisting with training and developing treat team members
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked store
Job requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Would prefer applicant to live within 10 miles of the store, with reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work 10 am - 3 pm during the school year, February to June, September to October.
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Applicants should be energetic, enthusiastic, motivated, responsible, enjoy talking with guests and work well with others to maintain a team environment.
- Must be able to work efficiently without constant supervision.

Pay is $14 to $17 an hour, based on experience and availability, plus tips (which range from and additional $2 to $7 an hour).
