Enterprise Application Analyst
Ecore is seeking an Applications Systems Analyst to support, configure, and optimize our enterprise applications. This role is focused on system administration, implementation, integrations, and cross‑platform support , with only light scripting—not full development. You will partner closely with business users to improve system functionality and keep critical applications running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Configure and maintain enterprise applications (user setup, roles, permissions, maintenance, workflows).
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and documentation.
- Monitor integrations using APIs or iPaaS tools (Workato experience a plus).
- Troubleshoot application and data‑flow issues across connected systems.
- Implement configuration changes based on business requirements.
- Partner with business users to understand needs and recommend solutions.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in application administration, implementation, or systems analysis.
- Experience integrating third party applications with ERP systems (Kinetic preferred).
- Familiarity with APIs, basic scripting, or integration tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into system configuration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Git (preferred).
- Knowledge of ITIL or service management is helpful.
