Salary:
Arborist Enterprises is hiring an experienced General Tree Care Foreman to join our growing team. We offer strong pay, steady work, and a company that supports its people.
What Youll Do:
- Lead a tree service crew daily
- Climbing, Bucket, Spyder lifts or ground work
- Run chippers, loaders, chainsaws, and other equipment
- Set up and manage job sites with a strong focus on safety and customer service
- Train and mentor new crew members on proper techniques
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and customer ready
What Were Looking For:
- Prior climbing experience with crew leadership or foreman responsibilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of rigging, equipment use, and job site safety
- Comfortable running chainsaws, chippers, and other machinery
- Clear communicator who works well with climbers and crew members
- Climbing, Bucket Truck and Spyder Operation preferred
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety focused
- Ability to lead by example
