Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Fill out Credit Applications
- Cost Code Credit Card Transactions and Invoices
- Pay Vendors through checks, ACH, and online transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experienced in Microsoft Suit and Accounting Software
