Senior Shift Lead

We’re currently hiring a reliable, energetic, and hands on Assistant Manager to help lead our team during the busy evening shifts. This position will start in February 2026.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Franchisee's in leading the treat team and ensuring smooth store operations from open through close
• Draft weekly schedule's and handle call-out's
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive team atmosphere
• Train and coach treat team members to uphold Rita’s operational standards
• Manage daily inventory and opening and closing procedures
• Handle cash register operations, daily register closing, and ensure accurate counts
• Solve problems quickly and calmly in a customer-centric way

Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred (especially in quick food service or retail)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends (approx. 20–40 hours/week - flexible)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a smile
• ServSafe and Bucks County Board of Health certification (preferred or can be obtained upon employment)
