Membership Service Rep

Are you a people person with a passion for excellent customer service? We're looking for a Membership Services Representative to join our team and provide a welcoming experience for members, guests, and program participants. In this role, you'll be the friendly face at the front desk, ensuring a positive and helpful environment for everyone who walks through the doors.

What You'll Do
Provide outstanding service to members and guests in person and over the phone, helping to create a welcoming community.
Give tours to potential members, answer questions, and assist with membership sales.
Build relationships with members by engaging in meaningful conversations and helping them feel connected.
Stay informed about current programs, activities, and membership details to provide accurate information.
Process transactions for memberships and program registrations.
Use and navigate the membership system (DAXKO MemberST) independently.
Address and resolve membership inquiries or concerns, escalating any unresolved issues as needed.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on policies and best practices.
Secure coverage for shifts when needed and follow the appropriate process for requesting time off.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to contribute to a smooth and positive experience for members.
