What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals

• Ensure adherence to operational standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Support and coach team members, promoting engagement and development

• Monitor production metrics and proactively address performance gaps

• Collaborate across functions to optimize scheduling, inventory, and workflow
