POSITION: Senior Director of Clinical Services

STATUS: Full Time; 37.5 hours / week

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Monday through Friday

LOCATION: Wilkinsburg

Milestone Centers, a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., is a nonprofit, community-based human services agency supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges and intellectual & developmental disabilities in communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. Milestone Centers has earned certification from the Sanctuary Institute for providing trauma-informed care.

The Senior Director provides overall leadership and strategic management for Milestone’s Behavioral Health Programs (Service Coordination, Outpatient Clinics, and Peer Support Program), ensuring the consistent delivery of the highest quality of clinical services to people served in a variety of community-based settings. The Senior Director is responsible for managing compliance with state, county, federal, and other regulatory requirements. Through effective leadership, this position drives program excellence; provision of quality person focused programming; ensures contractual and regulatory adherence; and fosters ongoing improvements to service delivery.

• Graduate degree from college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum
• Is licensed in a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience such as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a supervisor/manager/director with responsibility for providing services for individuals with serious mental illness, Substance Use Disorders, an intellectual disability, developmental disability, autism, and/or physical disabilities.
• Affiliation with and leadership in local, state, or national professional or trade associations related to human services is preferred.

• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
