We're hiring part-time W-2 BCBA  to support K–12 students in the school setting for the 2025–2026 school year . Position Details

• Caseload : Elementary, Middle School, & High School
• Schedule : Monday – Friday
• Hours : About 20 hours/week
• Dates : ASAP – May 2026
• Location : Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA schools

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing behavior analytic services and progress monitoring
• Train and coach staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection
• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support student success
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals
• Ensure compliance with Texas regulations, ethical guidelines, and documentation requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Current BCBA certification  in good standing
• Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, collaboration, and staff training
• Ability to support diverse learners and promote positive, evidence-based practices
• Additional onboarding requirements
