Cleaning and Painting
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and basic property upkeep. Duties include general housekeeping such as cleaning, dusting, mopping, laundry, and organizing spaces, as well as light painting tasks like surface preparation, touch-ups, and applying paint to walls and fixtures. Ensures a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment at all times.
