For more than 50 years, Boyertown Area Multi-Service has been a trusted resource for our community, offering essential programs that support seniors, families, and individuals in need. As Executive Director, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of this respected organization while leading a dedicated team and strengthening partnerships across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership in partnership with the Board of Directors, setting vision and direction for the organization.
• Oversee five core programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact.
• Lead and inspire staff, cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage finances with accountability and transparency, including budgets and reporting.
• Drive fundraising efforts through grants, donor relations, sponsorships, and events.
• Serve as the public face of Multi-Service, building relationships with community partners, funders, and local leaders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in nonprofit management, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of nonprofit leadership experience, with a proven track record in staff management, fundraising, and program oversight.
• Strong financial management skills and experience working with a nonprofit board.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A collaborative, strategic thinker who leads with empathy, vision, and integrity.
