What You'll Do as a Creative Services Coordinator:
- Coordinate the production of print marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, ads, and promotional pieces.
- Work with designers, printers, and vendors to ensure materials are accurate, high quality, and delivered on time.
- Manage marketing timelines, approvals, and project schedules to keep work organized.
- Support trade shows, homesteader events, and in-person promotions, including coordinating materials and logistics and traveling as needed.
- Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with NewLight's messaging and values.
- Communicate with internal teams to gather information, share updates, and support ongoing marketing needs.
Our Ideal Creative Services Coordinator:
- Experienced: 1-3 years of experience in communications, print production, graphic design, publishing, advertising, or a related coordination role required. Trade show or in-person event support preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Organized & Detail-oriented: Manages multiple projects, timelines, and vendors while maintaining accuracy and consistency, especially with print materials and approvals.
- Proactive: Owns work from start to finish and looks for ways to improve processes.
- Collaborative: Communicates clearly, works well with internal teams and external partners, and follows through on commitments.
- Computer Savvy: Comfortable using everyday business software and creative tools to manage projects, documents, and communications; able to learn new systems as needed.
What We Offer Our Creative Services Coordinator:
- Full-time, onsite role, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (40-45 hours per week)
- $26-$32 per hour based on experience
