Esthetician
Position Overview
James Street MedSpa is hiring a part-time licensed aesthetician with professional skincare experience and (ideally) an existing client following. This role is hands-on in the treatment room and includes cross-training at the front desk to fully understand daily operations. Our goal is for every team member to be able to confidently step in when coverage is needed — whether that’s helping with check-ins, scheduling, or client communication.
Commission-based - 30% commission on sales.

Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other medspa services
- Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and homecare products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Assist at the front desk as part of your role — including checking in clients, answering calls, managing schedules, and learning the flow of day-to-day operations to provide coverage during team time off or vacations
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania aesthetics license
- 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic or medspa experience preferred
- Existing client following strongly preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow with our spa
