Position Overview: As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, installing plumbing systems, and performing maintenance tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting inspections to identify plumbing issues and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement.
• Repairing or replacing damaged or malfunctioning plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems.
• Installing new plumbing systems in residential properties according to specifications and local building codes.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning drains and pipes, and repairing leaks.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Applicants must pass a background check and drug test. Employment is contingent upon successful results.
• Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid plumbing license or certification (preferred but not required).
