Work is simple, Employers make it hard. When you sell more you should make more. But you have to have the cars for that to work and if I dare say, you need the right cars. Having your store do oil changes all day because they dont have anything else, isnt going to get you what you deserve. Doing warranty work with very little customer pay isnt going to get it done. Working at a company that just doesnt understand that things have changed isnt helping anything either.

Youre here reading ads because somethings off with what you're presently doing and we can help. We think about this differently. Marketing cheap oil changes is outdated and just doesnt work. You need teams that value each other's options and listen to take action, not just blow you off. You need marketing that grabs the guest for the right reasons. You need payment plans for all guests regardless of their situation. Everybody knows the economy isnt great. Not everyone is going to have the money to just pay out right and here we dont let that stand in the way.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow all procedures for both the customer and the vehicle from the first customer contact until the car is delivered (picked up and paid for).
  • Oversee cost percentages, conversion percentages and revenues.
  • Utilize appropriate systems and forms.
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Maintain the appearance of the center for both safety and cleanliness.
  • Problem solving and resolution of customer problems.
  • Ability to manage personnel and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Ability and desire to assume responsibility and produce results.
Skills and Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket field.
  • Exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the telephone.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to learn and follow procedures as trained.
  • Above average customer relations skills.
  • Honest and trustworthy, dedicated work ethic.
  • Previous knowledge of the automotive repair industry is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
