Remote Travel Scheduling Coordinator
Job Brief:
PerLuxe Travels is seeking a detail-oriented Travel Scheduling Coordinator to assist with travel-related booking support and reservation management in a remote work environment.
This entry-level position focuses on coordinating travel schedules, communicating reservation details, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the booking process. Training and booking tools are provided.
This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, enjoy customer support work, and are comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with coordinating travel schedules and reservations
• Communicate booking confirmations and itinerary updates
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records
• Provide support before and after travel bookings
• Coordinate with travel suppliers as needed
• Ensure timely and professional communication
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Basic computer and internet skills
