Job Title: Roto Mold Machine Operator (2nd or 3rd Shift)

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining roto molding machines, including setup, shutdown, and temperature adjustments
• Familiarity with the rotational molding process, mold preparation, and basic mechanical and minor maintenance tasks
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, process sheets, and quality standards
• Experience with inspecting parts for critical dimensions and characteristics to ensure quality
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting
• Organizational skills for cleaning work areas and stocking materials efficiently
• Knowledge of resin characteristics and curing processes to produce consistent, high-quality parts

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with mold releases, cleaning parting lines, and managing burn times and cooling processes
• Certification in forklift operation or other relevant safety certifications
• Background in fluid power industry or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical training or trade school experience highly preferred
• Minimum of one year of rotomolding experience; combined education and experience considered
• Prior experience in manufacturing or fluid power sectors is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work during 2nd or 3rd shift hours
• Adherence to all safety protocols and company policies
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a manufacturing setting
