Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a short-term project supporting a busy accounting department. This role is ideal for someone dependable, efficient, and available to work onsite during regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Enter large volumes of data accurately into company systems
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy
• Assist with data organization and validation
• Support the team in meeting project deadlines

Requirements:

• Prior data entry or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Available onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $20 per hour
