ServiceNow ITSM Lead

Akkodis is seeking an ServiceNow ITSM Lead for a Contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. You will lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow ITSM delivery while serving as the technical authority driving platform design, integrations, and CMDB governance .

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow ITSM Lead job responsibilities include:

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM initiatives, overseeing requirements, solution design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.

• Serve as the technical lead for ITSM and CMDB, owning platform architecture, design decisions, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

• Design, govern, and maintain CMDB data models, discovery alignment, service mapping, and platform standards including code reviews and release governance.

• Develop and integrate ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs with performance‑focused design.

• Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and lifecycle planning, ensuring impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment readiness.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, lead stakeholder workshops, mentor developers, and drive platform reliability, hygiene, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB leadership.

• Strong hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP), and platform governance.

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and complex cross‑functional delivery in large enterprise environments.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
