Personal Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Base Salary to 70k/year - Lititz, PA
- Our client, a long-standing independent insurance agency, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support and service an established book of business. This role will act as a primary point of contact for personal insurance clients, ensuring high-quality service, policy accuracy, and coverage alignment.
- This is a hybrid position based in the Lititz, PA area, with a schedule of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, working standard business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and service an assigned book of personal lines accounts (homeowners, auto, umbrella, and related policies)
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals
- Quote new and existing business across multiple insurance carriers
- Advise clients on coverage options, limits, and policy recommendations
- Identify opportunities to round out accounts and cross-sell additional lines of coverage
- Assist clients with claims intake and coordinate with carriers through resolution
- Communicate with carrier underwriters regarding policy details, pricing, and coverage
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
- 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience within an independent insurance agency or brokerage environment
- Experience servicing personal lines policies including homeowners, auto, and umbrella
- Experience processing endorsements, renewals, and policy changes
- Experience quoting policies with multiple insurance carriers
- Experience communicating with carrier underwriters and clients regarding coverage
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 55k – 70k/year range
- Optional commission opportunity (no required sales quota)
