Entry-Level Sales & Leadership Development Role
The Summers Agency is looking for motivated individuals who want more than a traditional job — people who want to build income, develop leadership skills, and grow into a long-term business opportunity.
This is a performance-based, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Help clients understand life insurance options
- Work with individuals who have requested information
- Learn a proven sales system with full training provided
- Develop leadership skills with long-term growth potential
- Opportunity to build and lead your own team over time
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based (no hourly pay or base salary)
- Uncapped earning potential
- Average part-time agents: $2K–$5K/month
- Full-time agents: $6K–$12K+/month
- Leadership and override income available
What We’re Looking For:
- Individuals motivated to grow into leadership roles
- Coachable and willing to learn quickly
- Comfortable with performance-based income
- Self-driven and disciplined
- Open to obtaining a life insurance license (assistance provided)
