Commercial Print Production Assistant

Innvoke, LLC located in Conshohocken, PA is a highly collaborative group of talented and committed experts who create beautiful images, point-of-purchase displays, amazing signs, banners, and displays for our clients both locally and nationwide. This is not a Graphic Design or photography position.

We are currently seeking a talented and reliable individual with a desire to learn our processes and take ownership of the role on our production floor as a production team member.

So what does a Production Assistant do?

Requirements:

• You are looking for a production job in a commercial print facility and have experience with shipping, inventory, processes and are reliable and able to work Monday through Friday.
• You are a quick learner and enjoy learning and mastering new things.
• You are good with technology, process, and instructions.
• You want to work, you show up and jump in.
• You enjoy working with great people.
• You bring a great attitude and enthusiasm.
• You can and do solve problems.
• Work is a place where you proudly take ownership and pride in all you do.
• Print/Print Production experience - you got it great, you don't but you know how to learn and want to do it.
• You root for the team and do your part to make the team stronger.
• Color and quality light you up.
• You are a fan of lifting at work, you can skip the gym - no problem lifting 4'X8' materials and up to 50 pounds.
• Details matter, you like them, and pay attention to details, you have a keen eye, and quality matters.
• You get to use some of the math you learned in school.
• You jump in with both feet to share your skills and to grow new skills.
• You don't need to be told twice - you take the ball and run, you are a natural-born self-starter, an independent worker.
• Process, problem-solving, and organization are natural skills you possess.
• You are excellent at juggling, you've got the ability to work with multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• You have pretty great communication skills that you can be proud of.
• You are up for change, it's inevitable, and you readily adapt to meet changing needs.
