Director
Position Overview
Chick-fil-A is seeking a dependable and experienced individual to serve as a Director. This leadership position is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and managing team performance. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large teams and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during the afternoon and evening shifts
- Maintain operational efficiency and customer service standards
- Assist with training and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Respond to issues and resolve problems in real time
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading teams of 20 or more
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions quickly and manage a dynamic work environment
- Open availability, including Fridays and Saturdays, and holidays
