💰 $85,000 – $110,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Run the show on job sites — managing schedules, budgets, and crews.

• Lead subcontractors and ensure work meets top safety and quality standards .

• Oversee troubleshooting, commissioning, and O&M activities for solar systems.

• Collaborate with clients, trades, and project teams to deliver results.

• Keep projects on time, on budget, and incident-free.

✅ What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years leading commercial solar or multi-trade construction projects.

• Proven track record as a Site Superintendent or Foreman .

• Knowledge of interconnections, racking systems, commissioning, and NEC codes.

• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and direct diverse crews.

• Driver’s license and flexibility to travel up to 95%.

Extra edge if you have:

• OSHA 30, Journeyman/Master license, or Electrical Contractor’s license.

• Familiarity with SolarEdge, SMA, DAS, or AlsoEnergy systems.

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
