Calendar Clerk
Goldberg Segalla is a national civil litigation law firm that represents major national and regional companies and insurance carriers in all aspects of business counseling, risk assessment and dispute resolution including representation in various types of claims, controversies and litigation involving personal and other injuries, property damage, contract disputes and business torts. Goldberg Segalla seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join its team as a Calendar Clerk for our Defense Base Act and War Hazards group. The Calendar Clerk will provide administrative and secretarial support to assigned attorneys and provide backup to other attorneys as requested. This individual is responsible for assisting the attorneys in managing all calendar needs. The position requires the ability to multitask effectively and balance working on multiple requests and projects on a daily basis. Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail are required. This is a remote position. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Ability to handle pressure, interruptions and multiple tasks with frequently changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Outlook, TEAMS, Calendar, and Excel.
- Manage the calendars for the Defense Base Act and War Hazards groups.
- Navigate the firm’s document management system for information.
- Calendar hearings, depositions, and deadlines.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree or higher, 2+ years in an administrative environment.
- Clear communication in English.
- Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Attentive to detail.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Observe and assess data/documents in print and on screens.
- Available for special projects beyond normal hours.
- Team player and independent worker with minimal supervision.

- Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time.
BENEFITS :
The hourly salary range for this position is $17.00 to $42.00. Actual pay may be adjusted based on location, experience, and other job related factors permitted by law.
