Job brief:

As theProject Manager, yourjobis to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specificprojectyou are working on.Project managersmay work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each projectis on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

Essential functions:

• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

• Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Experience:

• Experience in developing budgets and tracking budget expenses
• Skills in coaching, supervision, and performance management
• Project Management, management proficiency, and process Improvement
• Excellent planning skills
• Self-Development, inventory Control
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical background highly desired

Education:

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field

Valid Passport required
