Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient neurosurgery consults and follow-ups (average 4 per day; volume varies).
• Serve as first assist in the operating room , primarily responsible for assisting with procedures and performing wound closure.
• Participate in outpatient clinic for pre- and post-operative patient management.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) .
• Eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply the practice provides comprehensive training and mentorship.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills required.
• Interest in neurosurgery or surgical specialties preferred.
