CNC Machinist / Operator

**Key Responsibilities:**- Execute routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on foam converting equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Maintain and calibrate production machinery and document all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with Production to reduce downtime and boost equipment performance.
- Contribute to machine setups, adjustments, and continuous improvement projects. **What You Bring:**
- 2-3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems including gears and motors.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and the capability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical training in industrial maintenance preferred. **Additional Qualifications:**
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and automation systems.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
