Business Analyst
(NobleSoft Solutions, Inc. has an opening in Langhorne, PA) Business Analyst: Analyze and translate business needs into functional ERP solutions across Oracle PeopleSoft/Oracle Fusion Cloud/Microsoft Dynamics 365/Workday/SAP. Perform fit-gap analysis, data mapping, system configuration, and functional testing in Finance, HCM, and Supply Chain domains. Collaborate with business and technical teams through SDLC (Agile/Waterfall) to deliver ERP enhancements and integrations. Document requirements, design workflows, support UAT, and provide user training. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires Masters in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related and 1 year experience.
