CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT
Are you an analytical, self‑motivated individual ready to dive deep into details? We're looking for someone to thrive in a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary environment—working alongside engineers, schedulers, architects, attorneys, and more.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct CPM scheduling, claims analysis, delay/disruption assessments, and cost impact evaluations
- Review contract language, plans, specifications, and documentation to inform client solutions
- Draft expert reports, presentations, and technical deliverables
- Support litigation, dispute resolution, project management oversight, and specification writing
- Contribute to client presentations and train internal/external stakeholders
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or similar field
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong writing, critical thinking, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- PSP (Planning & Scheduling Certification)
- Familiarity with CPM scheduling and ability to interpret technical documents
- P6 scheduling knowledge
