Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Job Summary
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing basic care and support to residents, including assistance with mobility and transfers
- Monitoring and reporting resident changes, concerns, and needs to nursing staff
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements
- Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
- Ability to lift, stand, and pivot as needed
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
