Residential Service Plumber
Location: Western Philadelphia Suburbs
Compensation: Up to $40hr Base + Bonuses | $80K–$110K Potential (DOE)
We are seeking experienced Residential Service Plumbers to join a growing plumbing service team serving homeowners throughout the western Philadelphia suburbs. This role is ideal for skilled technicians who enjoy troubleshooting plumbing issues, helping customers, and working independently while delivering high-quality service.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
- Install and service fixtures, water heaters, and plumbing systems
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area
- Use ServiceTitan to manage jobs, notes, and invoicing
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
(Journeyman license is a plus but not required) - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and take pride in your work
