We are an established temporary staffing agency with over 20 years in the staffing industry, currently rebuilding and modernizing our operations, and we're looking for proactive, organized Administrative / Personal Assistant to grow with us. This role supports daily operations including scheduling, recruiting coordination, onboarding, client communication, timesheets, invoicing, payroll and general administrative support. Candidates with interests or experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or marketing are encouraged to apply.
Must be detail orientated, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fluctuating environment. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required. No staffing experience necessary - will train the right person.
