As the face the DRIPBaR, the Sales & Marketing Front Desk Associate is responsible for client interactions and outbound marketing and sales activities. Daily activities include managing client communications, welcoming clients, introducing our services to walk-ins, following up with sales leads and previous clients for booking services and selling memberships and operating the POS and appointment system. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining office supplies, ensuring the facility is in good working order and posting self-generated content on our social media sites. Generate and manage email and text marketing campaigns. Location is in Doylestown.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing office communications—fielding organizational phone calls, emails, and traditional mail.
- Collaborating with others to help plan local events and initiatives.
- Scheduling and managing clients and booking medical consultations when required.
- Ensure all Front Desk systems and processes are adhered to, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling, delinquent account procedures, and customer care calls.
- Learn the IV drip services and offer suggestions for IVs or supplements based on what the client is telling you.
- Ensure a consistent sales effort is maintained at all times by promptly following up with new sales leads and previous customers with offers for services. Propose contests/incentive-based motivation, including establishing, expanding, and tracking outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and charitable organizations.
- Maintain and grow the total membership base and oversee all aspects of the membership sales process.
- Increase sales conversion rate and achieve client retention goals.
- Drive client referral program.
- Maintain social media sites and post regularly.
- Maintain top-notch cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the DRIPBaR and supply inventory.
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations and overall store performance.
- Recognize and respond to potential problems and take initiative to solve problems independently and creatively.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience.
- Must have outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, social and written skills.
- Have exceptional communication and social skills.
- Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office programs: bonus – Zenoti familiarity
