Merchandise Warehouse Associate (Part-Time)

The executive office is located at the NovaCare Complex. This 108,000 square foot facility offers excellent space, amenities, and care for the players, coaches, and staff.

P O S I T I O N S U M M A R Y

The Merchandise Warehouse Associate contributes to total results of the merchandise operation by maintaining inventory and providing product distribution support to all merchandise locations within Lincoln Financial Field. The focus of this role is inventory receiving and processing, quality control, and stadium inventory allocations. This position requires a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

R E P O R T I N G R E L A T I O N S H I P S

The Merchandise Warehouse Associate will report to the Merchandise Manager.

P O S I T I O N R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

• Outbound shipping and Inbound shipment receiving
• Process all shipments by inputting quality control standards
• Work with inventory management software
• Read and interpret purchase orders
• Maintain warehouse organization
• Assist with stadium location merchandising
• Coordinate product movement and allotments between retail locations
• Help control inventory shortage
• Practice safety consciousness always when operating vehicles and equipment
• Be willing to take an active role wherever help is needed.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

• Flexible schedule Mon-Fr, 9am-5pm
• Available to work 25 hours/week
• Warehouse experience preferred
• High school diploma
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to safely lift boxes heavy boxes
• Standing or sitting for extended periods of time and frequent climbing of stairs
• Not afraid of heights
• Be able to work in all weather conditions (Hot, Cold, Rain, Snow)
