Job Description
The Asset Management Coordinator I will oversee the processing and fulfilment of consignment event orders, communicate updates, and respond promptly to the consignment owner inquiries. The individual will provide an exceptional level of support by monitoring the orders and requests accurately and efficiently to the satisfaction of our sales and marketing employees. They will provide basic system support to the sales team as it pertains to Asset Mgmt.'s Order Management team and reinforce company compliance requirements while escalating non-conformities, as needed, to management and the Compliance Department.?

Job Duties

Provide an exceptional level of support by answering "inbound" calls and emails, quickly and efficiently to achieve the most optimal level of satisfaction to our field employees.

Primary point of contact for sales and marketing employees to support their daily activities.

Provide basic support on asset tracking systems and documentation in accordance with policies.

Meet established timely responses of order inquiries to include but not limited to: status of orders, product availability, delivery and tracking information.

Manage order requests, allocation, and release to ensure a timely and accurate delivery.

Provide ongoing education to Sales Representatives regarding compliance guidelines, reporting, and dashboards.

Work with department liaison to ensure asset availability to fulfilment requests.

Run and execute daily reports as assigned by management.

Perform other related duties and/or work as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Required:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-
Minimum two (2) years' business/sales support, customer service, and/or related work experience.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office environment.
-
Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
-
Displays effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines as required.

Strong oral and written communication skills to utilize across all departments and levels.
Preferred:

Associate's Degree preferred.
