Infinite Solutions.  Job Responsibilities Menu Planning: Develop and design customized menus tailored to client preferences and event themes. Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and cooking of all dishes, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Event Coordination: Collaborate with event planners and clients to ensure seamless execution of catering services. Team Management: Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to maintain a high level of performance. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Compliance: Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
