Overview:
PWR Staffing is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide counseling services to clients through EAP and insurance-based referrals. Clinicians can work virtually, in-person, or hybrid , depending on location and preference. Ideal for professionals looking to supplement caseloads or grow a flexible private practice with minimal administrative responsibilities.

✅ Hybrid EAP Option (Virtual & In-Person)

• Exact Locations : Lebanon, PA; Saint Marys, PA; Lock Haven, PA; Carbondale, PA; Annville, PA; Wellsboro, PA; Towanda, PA; Clearfield, PA; Coatesville, PA; Ridgway, PA; Mansfield, PA
• Pay: $80 (virtual) / $90 (in-person)
• Format : Must have a private office and provide both virtual and in-person sessions (required)

✅ In-Person EAP Option – Substance Use Focus

• Location: Lancaster, PA
• Pay: $65 per session
• Format: Must have a private office; in-person only; 12-session model per client

Requirements:

• Independently licensed (LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC).
• At least 2 years of independent practice experience.
• Private office space for in-person sessions (required for certain roles).
• Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor .
• Prefer experience with short-term, solution-focused therapy .
• Reside in the United States .

Experience:

• independently licensed: 2 years (Required)
