Job Title: Screen Print Production Lead

Location: Millvale, PA (Greater Pittsburgh Area) Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience) Job Type: Full-time

Greater Pittsburgh Specialty Advertising (GPSA) is seeking a dedicated Screen Print Production Lead to join our growing team in Millvale. As a Screen Print Production Lead , you will be responsible for driving our high-volume apparel decoration operations and ensuring that every piece of custom gear meets our high quality standards.

Located just minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, our Millvale facility is a fast-paced environment where the Screen Print Production Lead sets the pace for excellence, stability, and professional craftsmanship.

As our Screen Print Production Lead , your primary responsibilities include:

• Press Operation: Run M&R automatic lines and manual presses to produce retail-quality apparel.

• Setup & Registration: Manage complex multi-color setups and precise screen alignment.

• Technical Calibration: Select appropriate inks and curing temperatures for various fabrics (Cotton, Polyester, Blends).

• Quality Control: Catch and correct defects mid-run to ensure every piece meets our standards.

• Team Collaboration: Work with our production staff to hit deadlines and maintain a positive workflow.

The ideal Screen Print Production Lead candidate will possess:

• Experience: 2+ years of automatic or manual screen-printing experience.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of color theory and multi-color registration.

• Detail-Oriented: A passion for precision and a "get it right the first time" attitude.

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and reliable transportation to our Millvale location.

• Work-Life Balance: Reliable Monday – Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. No weekends or evenings!
