Maintenance Supervisor – - Weekend Shift
Schedule: Friday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday 10:00 AM–10:00 PM (32 hours worked, paid for 40).
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities, assigning work orders, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring preventive maintenance programs are executed effectively to maintain production uptime and equipment reliability.
The supervisor will partner closely with production teams to resolve mechanical issues, support equipment startups and changeovers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards.
Requirements: 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience with CMMS systems preferred.
