Food Runner
Job Duties
- Carrying Trays of Food from our Basement Kitchen to the First Floor Dining Room
- Delivering and describing food eloquently and efficiently
- Assisting BOH with cleanliness, organization, and dessert preparation
- Acting as a Liaison between the kitchen and the floor
- Supporting fellow FOH team members
Expectations & Physical Demands
- AM/PM availability, weekend availability is required
- Attend scheduled shifts on time and in accordance with dress code and appearance guidelines
- Fair notice of availability changes and time off requests
- Strong knowledge of food menu - descriptions, ingredients, allergies, etc
- This position will require the employee to regularly lift, push, pull or carry items up to 50 lbs in weight (trays of food, bus tubs, etc)
- This position requires the employee to stand for extended periods of time
- This position will require the employee to regularly climb stairs, ramps or uneven surfaces.
