Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft’s Generative AI ecosystem, including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning . The role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI copilots, conversational AI systems, and intelligent automation workflows .

The ideal candidate will build scalable AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and Azure AI services , and integrate them with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and ITSM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered copilots and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio .
• Build intelligent AI workflows using Azure AI Foundry .
• Develop enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI (LLMs) .
• Create chatbot flows including intents, topics, dialogue management, and conversation design.

Generative AI & LLM Engineering

• Implement solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) .
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques for optimized AI responses.
• Fine-tune and optimize AI model performance for business use cases.
• Work with AI orchestration frameworks for workflow automation.

Workflow Automation & Integration

• Build automation workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate) .
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as:
  • CRM systems
  • ERP systems
  • ITSM tools
  • REST APIs and backend services
• Enable end-to-end automation of business processes using AI.

Azure AI Platform Engineering

• Work with:
  • Azure OpenAI Service
  • Azure Machine Learning
  • Azure AI Foundry
• Design scalable AI architectures on Azure cloud.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems.

AI Operations & Optimization

• Monitor AI applications, model outputs, and user interactions.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize AI workflows.
• Ensure safe, secure, and compliant AI usage in enterprise environments.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and feedback loops for AI systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and analysts.
• Provide technical guidance on AI adoption strategies.
