Senior Power BI Developer (Tableau Experience Mandatory)

Rate: $50/hr W2
Mandatory Requirement:
5+ years of recent Tableau experience is mandatory
Required Skills:
Tableau and Power BI dashboard/report development
Strong SQL: Complex joins, aggregations, window functions, query optimization
Multiple data source integration: Databases, APIs, flat files, enterprise platforms
Python or similar scripting for data normalization and transformation
Data aggregation and consolidated reporting datasets
Data visualization and dashboard design best practices
Data quality validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
Data lineage and reporting logic documentation
Reporting automation
Requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards
Build and optimize SQL queries across large datasets
Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources
Develop data transformation and normalization pipelines
Create reliable metrics and KPIs across different domains
Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions
Automate recurring reporting processes
Validate data and investigate discrepancies across source systems
