**Job Title:** HR Coordinator

**Hourly Rate:** $25/hr - $27/hr

**Job Summary:**

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. This temporary position will last until the end of 2025 and is designed to support our organization during a leave of absence. We are looking for a friendly and professional individual with at least 2 years of corporate HR experience, particularly in onboarding and operations. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage a high volume of onboarding processes each month to support our growing business.
- Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and file new hire documentation.
- Provide assistance with recruitment efforts as needed.
- Conduct engaging new hire orientations.
- Maintain an organized filing system for the HR department.
- Participate in job fairs to attract potential candidates.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, data entry, and event planning as they arise.

**Required Experience:**

- Minimum of an Associate's Degree, preferably in Human Resources.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and grow with the team.
- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
