Therapy Team Leader
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Therapy Team Leader to oversee the therapy department within our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. The role includes managing a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive rehab therapies to enhance patient recovery and improve functional outcomes. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our therapy services are delivered with high standards of care, following the latest medical guidelines and integrating innovative treatment plans tailored to the needs of our patients. You will help shape the treatment environment and oversee continuous evaluations and improvements to ensure the utmost in patient satisfaction and care efficacy.
