Flywheel Centers is opening a brand-new, clinic-based ABA therapy center in Philadelphia, PA , and we're looking for passionate BCBAs who want more than just a job-they want growth, influence, and real clinical support .
While this clinic is new, Flywheel is a well-established, clinician-led organization with proven systems, strong infrastructure, and a commitment to high-quality care. This is your chance to help shape a clinic from the ground up with the backing of a team that already knows how to do it right.
Why You'll Love Working at FlywheelCompetitive Compensation: $95K-$115K/year based on experience + $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 3 months, $2,500 after 6 months)
