Full - Time position
DEPARTMENT: 13th Judicial District, Office of Court Administration
SALARY: $ 41,816.96 – 44,502.22 /year Non-Union and
At Will)
Management Pay Grade 8 (Exempt)
HOURS: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
(1/2 Hour Unpaid Lunch)
35 hours per week
BENEFITS: Health, Vision & Dental – First of month following date of hire

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for case management, and services, of Treatment Court Participants and Court Ordered Reentry Program and services. This position will serve as the central point of referral among the Greene County Court of Common Pleas, Greene County Drug and Alcohol Program, the Greene County Prison and various rehabilitation providers. The duties require close coordination, collaboration, tracking and monitoring of the Treatment Court participants to ensure their compliance with Court Ordered service plans and terms of criminal sentences and data collection. Responsibilities also include maintaining close communications with partner agencies to ensure program participants are engaged and supported in services that include recovery services, employment/training, housing, mentoring, and other comprehensive services as directed by the Court. Other duties as may be specifically assigned.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Intensive case management and coordination of Drug Court participants.
§ Work directly with non-violent offenders in Greene County Drug Treatment Court.
§ Serves as the central point of contact between Greene County Courts, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol and the Greene County Single Authority, CYS, Probation, prisons and providers.
§ Secure information release for the participant with Drug Court.
§ Conducts initial pre-screening assessments to determine the level of service and support.
§ Provides oversight/compliance of case management services through a system of care and report in Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts required monthly data base.
§ Attends program and agency related meetings, trainings and conferences.
§ Works closely with Greene County offices in the collection of data, reports and follow-up within the court system.
§ Ensures individual participants’ case planning that encompasses key partners, support and services.
§ Maintains relationships and contracts within network of local service providers.
§ Facilitates and participates as a member of the inter-agency management team for the Greene County Drug Court, and maintains records and related documents of the committee.
§ Other duties as required and directed by the District Court Administrator or President Judge.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
§ Ability to work effectively under pressure of deadlines, and within budget constraints.
§ Ability to work in a team environment while also working independently.
§ Demonstrates capacity to handle multiple tasks, projects and meet deadlines
§ Excellent public relations, community organizing, negotiation, mediation, conflict management and meeting facilitation skills.
§ Knowledge of the Greene County Court System, County Prison systems, probation and/or community resources with the ability to work along with community volunteers and providers.
§ Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
§ Computer literacy in word processing, email, internet and spreadsheets.
§ Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
§ Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups of citizens, who may have conflicting interests and opinions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
§ Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience in case management, mental health and/or drug and alcohol assessment and case management or related field.
§ Experience with providers, assessment tools, community groups, governmental (local, state and federal) and community network.
§ Experience supporting, empowering and managing individuals.
§ Must be willing to work with the Greene County Prison population.
§ Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
