Soccer Assistant Coach - Firmament Sports (Atlético Madrid & Inter Milan)
ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
Join Firmament and work alongside elite European football! Our Summer Camps using the methodologies of FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, and Inter Milan provide young North American players the unique opportunity to train under the official coaches of these teams.
CAMP DETAILS
- City: Philadelphia, PA
- Dates: July 6th to 10th, 2026
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Contract: Weekly (seasonal)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Soccer Background: Solid experience as a player or coach.
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory.
- Profile: High energy, responsible, and great with children/teenagers.
- Availability: Full commitment for the entire week of the camp.

SELECTION PROCESS
To proceed with the job selection process, once you receive the email from [email protected] , you will need to send a 1-minute video in fluent English explaining why you are interested in the job and how long you have been a football fan. Then, if selected, you will participate in an online group interview to complete the process.
THE ROLE
As an Assistant Coach, you will be the bridge between our elite Spanish head coaches and the players. You will support training sessions, manage group logistics, and ensure a world-class experience for every participant.

Pay: $550.00 - $600.00 per week
